If you have an insurance carrier that I am not contracted with, I can provide completed and standardized insurance forms ready to be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.  With some companies, I am able to submit this billing electronically for you.

If using insurance, please check with your insurance company about copays, deductibles, or coinsurance that may apply.

For those without insurance, I do offer sliding scale fees based on income. I accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

If paying out of pocket, my standard fees are:  $140 per 55-minute session.
